Incorrect Shipments

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted only in the case of an incorrect shipment. This includes instances where an incorrect item(s) was shipped or the order quantities do not match what was received.
  • Return Timeline: If you receive an incorrect shipment, please contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt to report the issue.
  • Return Process:
    1. Contact customer service: Call us at 1-888-269-3385 or email at orders@blueripplegardens.com. Include your order number and details about the discrepancy.
    2. Evaluation: We will review the information you provide and may request photos or additional details.
    3. Resolution:
      • If the error is verified, we will arrange for the incorrect items to be picked up and will either:
        • Ship the correct items promptly.
        • Issue a credit to your account, upon the safe return of incorrect items to our warehouse.

Freight Carrier Damage

  • Timeline: Report any damage to your shipment within 1 business day of receipt. Timely notification is critical for us to file a claim with the freight carrier.
  • Bill of Lading Requirements: For shipments arriving via truck with a Bill of Lading, please follow these steps:
    1. Inspect before signing: Thoroughly inspect your shipment before signing the Bill of Lading.
    2. Note damages: Clearly note any damages or discrepancies on the Bill of Lading before signing.
    3. Take pictures: Photograph all damages.
    • Failure to document damages on the Bill of Lading could limit our ability to file a claim with the freight carrier and thereby limit our ability to issue refunds.

Conditions

  • To be eligible for a return in the case of an incorrect shipment, the items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Returns for reasons other than a shipping error or freight damage cannot be accepted.
